The chocolate flavored Mars Venus Super Foods Shakes for Men and for Women enable appetite control and weight loss by encouraging the body to digest proteins and help it convert amino acids into serotonin and dopamine so that appetite is controlled and fat is burned more efficiently. Normal levels of dopamine and serotonin are associated with healthy levels of cortisol. Elevated cortisol inhibits fat burning and people have difficulty losing weight.
